AI Is Not Just a Trend

3 use-cases for building your business with AI

Hey, what’s up entrepreneurs,

How is your business going so far?

Hope well!

But do you use a tool capable of improving your product and execution time by more than 10x?

So, let’s discuss the AI topic, it’s about time…

Every day we are bombarded with news about AI tools and their supposed "wow" impact. Most of them are just simple GPT wrappers or demos, requiring constant improvement to function as advertised.

And no worries robots won’t replace you soon (unless you are working like a robot doing simple repetitive tasks according to instructions every day 🙃)

What I like about AI is that it can be a great tool to help businesses become more efficient. Starting your solo business or operating with a small team of skilled professionals has become easier than ever. Look at Midjourney, a global company that claims to have 11 full-time staff and generates hundreds of millions in revenue.

I’ve been learning and building with AI for the last half a year and I can say that you don’t need to be a data scientist to leverage ready products and technology.

Here are some common misconceptions about AI that I will try to clarify below.

Should you be a machine learning specialist or data scientist specialist to work or build with AI?

- No. But you do need to understand the basic concept and available instruments. There are plenty of no-code solutions, or solutions with small-code, that can significantly impact your work and business.

How much time is required to understand the technology, its workings, use cases, and available platforms, and begin implementing it in my business?

Approximately one to two weeks will be enough to start building with AI.

How can I use AI to start my business?

I would like to dwell on this issue in more detail, and show how AI can be used in your business with 3 specific examples:

  1. As a tool or assistant

You can brainstorm ideas, ask for market research and for idea validation, check the strategy and possible ways of implementation, help with writing content, USPs, images, website building, and so on. Most of it you can do with our free GPT wrapper.

One day, after completing my training, I decided to try out my idea of starting a personal training business that I had discussed with my PT. In less than two hours of conversing with ChatGPT, I got the company name, fitness program, logo, USPs, description, landing page content, and deployed website. Here is how it looks:

Quite good for two hours, no? It is free, published, and optimized for web and mobile.

  1. As a technology to be a part of your product

You can use your specific knowledge, pack it to the dataset, empower it with the LLM like OpenAI, and build a product that no one can replicate because it is your specific data no one knows.

For example, you are a photographer. You can pack all your knowledge about correct positions, light, selection of lenses for the camera, favorite locations, add your favorite literature, etc, and create “The Pro Photographer GPT” bot that can help people to make really good photos with just having a simple 5-minute chat.

  1. To build an AI company

There is a difference between a company that uses AI and a company that builds in a way that AI can be leveraged in any part of this business. The data is crucial for building an AI company or even a small or solo business, powered by AI.

Here is my advice - when starting a business, document everything, structure information, and all your knowledge. Prepare data for future automation, analyze and improve it regularly.

From what to start?

Here are two free courses on AI that can help you understand basic concepts and business cases:

Then I would continue with learning about “Prompt Engineering”, “Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)” and “Finetuning”. You can use platforms like Coursera, Deeplearning.AI, YouTube, etc.

Understanding those 3 concepts will give you a huge boost in building your business so don’t sleep on it and start learning today!

That’s it for today, my friends.

Have a wonderful week and see you later!

A.
